TSC Act & EPBC Act Referrals
EnviroKey have a wide range of experience in TSC Act and EPBC Act Referrals. For the TSC Act, this includes referrals for Director-Generals Requirements for Species Impact Statements pursuant to section 111 of the Act as well as s91 licences to harm a threatened species, population of ecological community. We have also completed for our clients EPBC Act Referrals including the successful application of Part 13, section 200, EPBC Act permits for major infrastructure projects on Commonwealth land.
Review of Environmental Factors (REFs)

A Review of Environmental Factors (REF) is often prepared in these instances to consider potential environmental impacts. 7-part tests/Significance Assessments
